Winter Open Houses Announced at The Ivanhoe, Nottingham Manor
A series of weekend open house events will take place throughout January, February and March at two of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ signature Bergen County apartment communities, The Ivanhoe in Hackensack and Nottingham Manor in Montvale. The open house events are scheduled at Nottingham Manor from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturdays beginning Jan. 9 and continuing on Jan. 23, Feb. 6 and 20, and March 5 and 19. At The Ivanhoe, open houses will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays starting Jan. 10 and again on Jan. 24, Feb. 7 and 21, and March 6 and 20.
During these open house events prospective tenants will have the opportunity to learn more about available leasing opportunities, and tour both communities’ grounds and rental units. At The Ivanhoe, visitors also can get a closer look at the building’s extensive on-site amenities.
Located at 130 Overlook Ave., The Ivanhoe offers spacious studio, junior one-bedroom, one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 450 to 1,230 square feet and appointed with every modern luxury.
