Ongoing Cosmetic and Capital Improvements Enhance Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Residential Portfolio

A series of cosmetic and capital improvements throughout Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ residential portfolio is making life greener, safer and more aesthetically appealing for current and future tenants. The Hackensack-based real estate development firm owns and manages approximately 540 luxury and garden-style units throughout Bergen County.

Recent or planned projects include parking lot repaving and new front doors at Nottingham Manor in Montvale, N.J.; extensive new landscaping and a new visitor intercom system at Queen Anne Apartments in Hackensack, where an oil-to-natural gas conversion project also has been completed; and the installation of an upgraded backup generator at The Ivanhoe in Hackensack. In the event of future power outages, the generator will provide power to The Ivanhoe’s elevators, common areas and life safety systems, and allow electronic key card access.

In the spring of 2014, The Ivanhoe also welcomed a new resident manager who possesses extensive experience in both the maintenance and management of rental properties.
