Nippon Paint (USA) Inc. Renews Lease at Glenpointe Centre East in Teaneck

Teaneck, NJ |

Nippon Paint (USA) Inc. (NP-USA), a subsidiary of Nippon Paint Holdings Co. Ltd., has renewed its 3,400-square-foot lease at Glenpointe Centre East in Teaneck, N.J. Located at 300 Frank W. Burr Blvd., Glenpointe Centre East is part of the mixed-used Glenpointe complex, owned and developed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises of Hackensack, N.J.

The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

Established in 1990, NP-USA is the holding company for Nippon Paint affiliates in the Americas region, a manufacturer of high-quality automotive paints and coatings that are supplied to many of the largest and most successful companies in the world, such as Toyota, according to Joan P. Daniels, vice-president and treasurer. “Glenpointe offers our company a prime Bergen County address that’s easily accessible to New York City, along with numerous on-site amenities and conveniences,” she said. “The ease of working with a hands-on and proactive landlord like Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has been another benefit of our tenancy.”

Widely considered one of the finest mixed-use communities in New Jersey, Glenpointe is a regional hub and home to a broad range of local, national and international companies. The landmark 50-acre complex encompasses Glenpointe Centre West, Glenpointe Centre East and The Atrium at Glenpointe office buildings; the 350-room Marriott at Glenpointe hotel; and the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Spa & Fitness. Amenities include a full-service bank, cafeteria, restaurant, wine bar, lounge, covered parking, on-site management, 24/7 security and a variety of services.

Located at the crossroads of I-80 and I-95, Glenpointe is less than three miles from the George Washington Bridge, and in proximity to New York City, local airports, the Meadowlands Sports Complex and many of the area’s top leisure attractions.

“Glenpointe affords its tenants the comfort and security of a world-class corporate environment with the flexibility to adapt over time, which is why so many companies opt to stay and grow at the property,” said Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice-president/director of leasing and marketing. “We are pleased to be able to continue our relationship with Nippon Paint (USA) Inc., and look forward to being part of the company’s continued growth and success for many years to come.”
