LAW FIRM SIGNS LONG-TERM LEASE AT ALFRED SANZARI ENTERPRISES’ COURT PLAZA IN HACKENSACK, N.J.

Sutnick & Sutnick LLC, a law firm specializing in criminal defense services, has leased 917 square feet of space at Court Plaza South in Hackensack, N.J., announced Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, owner and manager of the property.

The transaction was negotiated by Colliers International on behalf of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

The law firm is moving to the Class A office complex from another Hackensack office location. Situated directly across from the Bergen County Courthouse, Court Plaza is widely recognized as the premier legal address in Bergen County, according to Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice president/director of leasing and marketing.

“Sutnick & Sutnick LLC is another prime example of a prominent local law firm that has chosen Court Plaza to meet their current, and future, needs,” said Barta. “The complex’s desirable location and quality amenities proved to be a winning combination for this tenant. Sutnick & Sutnick, LLC’s team of criminal defense attorneys is dedicated to helping clients throughout northern New Jersey and New York City across a variety of practice areas. Partners Laura C. Sutnick and Warren S. Sutnick, both former prosecutors, each have more than 20 years of legal experience.
