Law Firm Renews, Expands to 27,500 SF at Court Plaza South in Hackensack, N.J.

A merger between law firms Pashman Stein P.C. of Hackensack and Roseland-based Walder Hayden P.A. prompted the need for additional office space at Court Plaza South, located at 21 Main Street in Hackensack. The expanded lease commitment boosts the combined firm’s presence by 3,100 square feet to 27,500 square feet on the second and third floors of the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ owned and managed office building, where Pashman Stein has been a tenant for almost 14 years.

The transaction was negotiated in-house by Stephen C. Jennings, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice-president of leasing and marketing. Hope Brodsky of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.

The new 45-lawyer full-service business law firm – known as Pashman Stein Walder Hayden – offers a wide range of corporate and personal legal services. The combined firm has a deep bench of lawyers and serves a diverse client base including regional Fortune 500 companies, emerging growth entities and individuals, as well as out-of-state corporate counsel, law firms and individuals with interests in the New York metropolitan region.

Pashman Stein’s Managing Partner Michael Stein will lead the new firm, with the help of executive committee members Sam Samaro, who is chairman of the Employment Group and Sean Mack, who co-chairs the Litigation Group.

Court Plaza is just one mile from I-80, and Routes 4 and 17.
