HACKENSACK, N.J., April 13, 2016 – Full-service title insurance agency First Bergen Title Agency LLC (First Bergen) has renewed and expanded to 2,800 square feet of headquarters office space at Court Plaza North in Hackensack, N.J. Located at 25 Main Street, the Class A office property is owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
Family owned and operated since 1957, First Bergen has been a Court Plaza tenant since 1986, according to Allen Meccia Jr., the firm’s managing member. The full-service title insurance agency protects the interests of lenders and purchasers of residential, commercial, re-use and industrial properties.

The lease transaction underscores Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ success in maintaining long-lasting relationships with tenants throughout its portfolio of properties, according to Stephen C. Jennings, vice-president of leasing and marketing.
