Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Welcomes Two New Tenants to Glenpointe

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is proud to announce leases for 6,061 square feet with Made4net, LLC and 5,307 square feet with GC Biopharma USA at the company’s Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck, N.J.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson in both transactions. Made4net was represented by Marc Legman of Legacy Property Group.

Made4net is a leading global provider of best-in-class, cloud-based supply chain execution and warehouse management solutions for organizations of all sizes to improve the speed and efficiency of their supply chains. Made4net solutions provide real-time inventory visibility, labor management, and equipment productivity with performance analytics to drive faster, more accurate order fulfillment and improved throughput. The company will be utilizing Glenpointe as its corporate headquarters.

Previously headquartered in Fort Lee, GC Biopharma USA is an affiliate of GC Biopharma, a South Korean biotechnology pioneer. GC Biopharma USA is currently overseeing the introduction of GC Biopharma’s groundbreaking intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) manufacturing process into the US. IVIG is a formulation of naturally occurring human antibodies used to treat a multitude of disease states including many chronic conditions.
