Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Welcomes Mohegan Cigar to Hackensack Retail Complex

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces that Mohegan Smoke Shop, LLC, has signed a long-term lease for 1,540 square feet of retail space at Summit Plaza, a +/-88,000-square-foot retail complex located at 370-380 West Pleasantview Avenue in Hackensack, N.J. David Greenman of Silbert Realty & Management Company represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the transaction.

Anchored by a Stop & Shop supermarket, Summit Plaza features a diverse array of tenants including Trinity Rehab, GNCHarmon Face Values, Great Expressions Dental Centers, LabcorpThe UPS Store, Juicy Platters, metro by T-Mobile, Fresh as a Daisy Cleaners, Wize Guys Pizzeria, and Noble Nails & Spa. The property boasts a strategic location at the intersection of Routes 17 and Interstate 80 with ample parking to ensure ease of access for customers visiting any of the property’s businesses.

Headquartered in Connecticut, Mohegan Smoke Shop, LLC, currently has six locations in the Tri-State area. With construction currently underway, Mohegan Cigar’s new location at Summit Plaza is slated to open the first quarter of 2022, marking the first step in the brand’s expanding presence in New Jersey.
