Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Welcomes Growing Physical Therapy Network to Hackensack Retail Complex

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces that Trinity Rehab has signed a long-term lease for 4,245 square feet of retail space at Summit Plaza, a +/-88,000-square-foot retail complex located at 380 West Pleasantview Ave in Hackensack, N.J. Silbert Realty & Management Company represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and Trinity Rehab in the transaction.

Anchored by a Stop & Shop supermarket, Summit Plaza features a diverse array of tenants including GNCHarmon Face Values, Great Expressions Dental Centers, LabcorpThe UPS Store, Juicy Platters, metro by T-Mobile, Fresh as a Daisy Cleaners, Wize Guys Pizzeria, and Noble Nails & Spa. The property boasts a strategic location at the intersection of Routes 17 and 46 and Interstate 80 and ample parking to ensure ease of access for customers visiting any of the property’s businesses.
