Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Takes Home Top Honors at BOMA New Jersey TOBY Awards

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a preeminent family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate development and management firm, announces that Glenpointe, the firm’s iconic northern New Jersey corporate campus in Teaneck, N.J., and Steven Foote, the company’s Portfolio Chief Engineer, were recently honored at the Building Owners and Managers Association of New Jersey (BOMA New Jersey) TOBY Awards.

Glenpointe received the Office Building of the Year award in the 500,000 – 1 Million Square Feet category, as well as the Grand TOBY award. Foote was recognized as the Engineering Management Professional of the Year for his work at Glenpointe.

The TOBY Awards annually recognize and honor overall quality in the state’s top office buildings, highlights excellence in building management and recognizes New Jersey’s top commercial real estate professionals across a range of categories.
