Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Promotes Two in Property Management

Hackensack, NJ |

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, one of New Jersey’s pre-eminent real estate developers, owners and managers, has promoted two property management staffers, announced department vice president Kelly Buckley. ”These promotions reflect the continued growth of our department, and its importance within the company,” she said.

Erin Mays, formerly a property administrator, has been named assistant property manager, said Buckley. She will serve that role for Heights Plaza, a 200,000-square-foot, Class A office building in Hasbrouck Heights, as well as the 68,000-square-foot Elmwood Park Plaza in Elmwood Park.

Additionally, Greg Drelich has been named senior building tech for two properties – the 335,000-square-foot Court Plaza office complex, as well as the 84,000-square-foot Alfred N. Sanzari Medical Arts Building. Both properties are located in Hackensack.

“In-house property management always has been one of our company’s most important assets,” said Buckley. “These promotions will further enhance our ability to continue to provide outstanding service to our tenants. Both Erin and Greg have been with the company for a number of years, and have proven their dedication and commitment. These are well-deserved promotions.”

“We are also committed to promoting within. It is very important to us to grow organically and to develop people within our organization,” added Buckley, who recently joined Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “I was very fortunate to come on board and have these great people in place and so well-prepared to take on new assignments.”
