Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Promotes John Schleer to Vice President of Construction

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has announced that John Schleer has been promoted to Vice President of Construction.

Most recently serving as the Director of Construction, Schleer has been with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises since 2007. Since joining the firm, his dedication and tenacity have powered his rise through the ranks of the organization’s construction department.

The new role will allow Schleer to further grow his leadership position at the firm as he guides all aspects of its construction operations from tenant buildouts to property capital improvements to ground-up development. He will also work closely with the company’s in-house property management and leasing teams as well as third-party contractors and professionals.

Schleer, a resident of Randolph, joined Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in 2007 as a construction project manager. Schleer was recently named a 2023 NJBIZ Leader in Real Estate, Construction and Design. He attended Rutgers University.
