Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces it has signed a lease renewal with BioReference Laboratories for 50,429 square feet of industrial space at 491 Edward H. Ross Drive in Elmwood Park, N.J. BioReference Laboratories is the firm’s largest tenant leasing over 227,037 square feet in Elmwood Park spread across four buildings in Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ portfolio.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has a storied history of successful development and management in Elmwood Park with a deep portfolio of office and industrial assets comprising over 277,000 square feet of rentable space. In addition to Elmwood Park Plaza a 68,000-square-foot office building at 475 Market Street, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is the proud developer, owner, and manager of three industrial buildings in Elmwood Park totaling 209,904 square feet across 481 Edward H. Ross Drive, 487 Edward H. Ross Drive, and 491 Edward H. Ross Drive.
