Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Named a Finalist in the 30th Annual New Jersey Family Business of the Year Awards

Clifton, N.J. |

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces that it was recently named as a finalist at the 30th Annual New Jersey Family Business of the Year Awards. The recognition marks the third time that Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has been honored at the event.

Hosted by Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Rothman Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, the Family Business of the Year Awards recognize the New Jersey family-owned businesses that exemplify a commitment to strong business acumen, active family engagement, innovation and community involvement as well as commitment to employees and family values.

Founded over 75 years ago, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has been steadfastly guided by the founding ideals of integrity and trustworthiness espoused by its namesake, Alfred Sanzari. Starting from humble beginnings, the firm is now among one of the state’s most respected commercial real estate developers and property managers with a portfolio of over six million square feet of office, residential, industrial and hospitality space. Now under the leadership of Alfred’s sons, David and Ben and his grandson, Ryan, the company continues to showcase how family businesses can thrive in today’s competitive commercial real estate industry across multiple generations.

“Being selected as one of New Jersey’s top family businesses is an absolute honor and privilege for us at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises,” said Ryan Sanzari, President of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “Since the average lifespan for a family-owned business is 24 years, it is extremely humbling and validating to see all that we’ve accomplished over our 75-plus-year history. The award not only celebrates my grandfather’s work to create a solid foundation for our business but the contributions of the entire Alfred Sanzari Enterprises family of employees, tenants and communities who have ensured our continued success.”
