Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Inks Renewals with Two Tenants at Glenpointe

Iconic corporate campus continues to see strong leasing and renewal activity

Teaneck, N.J. (March 8, 2022) – Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces they have signed two lease renewals at its iconic northern New Jersey Glenpointe corporate campus located at 300/400/500 Frank W. Burr Boulevard in Teaneck, N.J. Agam Capital Management renewed its lease for 3,413 square feet of office space at Glenpointe Centre West and Moroch Partners, Inc. its 633 square feet of office space lease at The Atrium at Glenpointe. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by Jerry Barta, Director and Vice President of Leasing and Marketing, and Carolina Gutierrez, Manager, Leasing and Marketing, for the company in the transactions.

Designed to provide an unmatched work-play-stay experience for employees, Glenpointe’s 670,000-square-foot campus includes the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Fitness Center, 700 hotel rooms across three on-site hotels, casual and fine dining options, an on-site full-service Starbucks, abundant covered parking and 24/7 security.
