Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces that Phibro Animal Health Corporation (NSADAQ: PAHC) has signed a long-term renewal for its 49,577-square-foot global headquarters at Glenpointe, located at 300 Frank W. Burr Boulevard in Teaneck, N.J. Newmark’s David Simson, Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, and Peter Kasparian represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises (ASE), the firm that developed, owns and manages the property, in the transaction. Susan Mason and Tom Reilly of JLL represented Phibro Animal Health Corporation in the transaction.
