Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces it has signed a 16,262-square-foot office lease with Vatech America, Inc. at the company’s Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck, N.J.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson, and Vatech America was represented by Harlan Hollander of Savills. DMR Architects’ Michelle Lee, IIDA, CHID was the architect on the project.

A subsidiary of Vatech, an international x-ray imaging company based in South Korea, Vatech America is a leading manufacturer of state-of-the-art dental imaging equipment. The company offers a range of 3D, 2D and intraoral x-ray imaging products powered by cutting-edge software to healthcare and dental providers. Vatech America will utilize Glenpointe for executive and general office space as well as a showroom for their products.
