Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. |

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces that OceanFirst Bank N.A. has leased 3,439 square feet of office space at Heights Plaza located at 777 Terrace Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J.

Founded in 1902, Toms River-based OceanFirst Bank is one of the largest and oldest community-based financial institutions headquartered in New Jersey. With convenient retail branches and loan production offices across New Jersey, metropolitan New York City and greater Philadelphia, OceanFirst’s commercial and residential financing solutions, trust and asset management and deposit services help customers reach their financial goals during each stage of their lives. Driven by creative and visionary leadership, the $11.5 billion bank has continued to grow with the completion of seven whole bank acquisitions since 2015. With the bank’s significant growth, its leaders sought to create a new loan production office to better serve customers throughout northern New Jersey.

Located at the intersection of I-80 and Route 17, the six-story, 200,000-square-foot Heights Plaza office building provided the ideal new space to meet OceanFirst’s needs. With easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Route 46 in addition to New York City via the nearby George Washington Bridge or Lincoln Tunnel, Heights Plaza offers an unparalleled location in one of the state’s most in-demand markets. The building also boasts a wide range of in-demand amenities and features including abundant covered parking, an on-site full-service cafeteria with indoor seating, 24/7 card access, an on-site building engineer and day porter, and updated common corridors and restrooms.

“As a multigenerational New Jersey-based business ourselves, we take great pride in our seven-plus decade commitment to supporting the growth of fellow New Jersey-based businesses,” said Stephen Jennings, Vice President of Leasing and Marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “This pride drives our team each day as we ensure that our premier commercial spaces continue to be ideally suited to the needs of today’s businesses. We welcome OceanFirst to the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises family and look forward to working with them.”
