Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Inks 71,870-Square-Foot Industrial Renewal in Norwood, N.J.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces it has negotiated a lease renewal with Orthofeet, Inc., for 71,870 square feet of industrial space at 335 Chestnut Street in Norwood, N.J. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented in-house by Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Stephen Jennings and the tenant was represented by Resource Realty’s Daniel F. Whitehead.

Constructed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in 1969, 335 Chestnut Street is a 111,300-square-foot industrial building featuring 11 loading docks. The building is well-located with proximity to the Palisades Interstate Parkway and New York Thruway and is easily accessible to the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 287 as well as the George Washington Bridge and the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge. Additionally, the building is within walking distance of a variety of dining options in Norwood.

A tenant at 335 Chestnut Street since 2019, Orthofeet, Inc., is a manufacturer of high-quality therapeutic shoes, heat-moldable inserts and accommodative customer inserts including toe fillers and more. Established in 1984, the company’s innovative shoe construction improves mobility, eases foot pain and improves foot comfort for its customers. Orthofeet’s orthotic shoes are biomechanically engineered with unique comfort features to offer the very best solutions for sensitive feet and other physical ailments affected by foot problems or poor posture.
