Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Continues Strong Office Tenant Retention with Latest Lease Renewal in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces they have successfully negotiated a lease renewal for 6,442 square feet of office space with Emerald at Heights Plaza located at 777 Terrace Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. Stephen Jennings, Vice President of Leasing & Marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and Hope Brodsky and Eric Tomchik of Newmark represented the tenant in the transaction.
Located at the intersection of I-80 and Route 17, Heights Plaza is a six-story, 200,000-square-foot class A office building with easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, and Route 46 as well as the New York City metro area via the George Washington Bridge and Lincoln Tunnel. The lease renewal will provide G3 Communications with the opportunity to remodel its office to better suit its current and long-term space needs.
