HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J., Mar. 9, 2015 – Real estate development firm Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has announced the completion of four lease renewals totaling approximately 25,000 square feet at Heights Plaza in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. The Class A building, which features 200,000 square feet of office space on six floors, is located at 777 Terrace Ave.

The transactions include:

  • Regional insurance broker Scirocco Financial Group has renewed its 15,000-square-foot headquarters lease. A tenant at Heights Plaza for 12 years, Scirocco Financial Group specializes in meeting the insurance needs of small and middle-market commercial and industrial business owners. The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
  • The law office of Marc D. Freedman LLC renewed its 3,500-square-foot lease. The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Randy Eigen of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
  • The New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) renewed its lease for 3,240 square feet of space. NJEA uses its first-floor space at Heights Plaza for regional offices. The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
  • Mobile Media Partners Inc., one of Heights Plaza’s original tenants, has renewed its 3,300-square-foot lease. The company occupies office space on the building’s fifth floor. The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

Heights Plaza is located at the intersection of I-80, Route 17 and Route 46, just 10 minutes away from the George Washington Bridge and in proximity to major highways including the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway. Amenities include abundant covered parking, an on-site cafeteria, a security/concierge center, and Manhattan skyline views. Heights Plaza is located across from the Hilton Hasbrouck Heights hotel and within two miles of Teterboro Airport.

Stable property ownership and management, along with recent property upgrades – including bathroom renovations to be completed by this June – were added advantages to all four tenants, according to Stephen C. Jennings, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice-president of leasing and marketing. “Alfred Sanzari Enterprises continues to build successful, long-term relationships by maintaining high standards of quality for all our properties,” he said. “These renewals solidify Heights Plaza’s position as a premier central Bergen County office address for small and mid-sized office tenants in a range of industries.”

Space availabilities at Heights Plaza range from 2,500 square feet to 21,500 square feet.
