Two of the tristate area’s leading law firms have renewed their leases at Court Plaza South, located at 21 Main Street in Hackensack. The Class A office complex is owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

In the larger transaction, Winne, Banta, Basralian & Kahn P.C. renewed and expanded to 17,500 square feet of space. A Court Plaza tenant since 1990, Winne Banta is the oldest and one of the largest full-service law firms in Bergen County. The firm’s practice areas include real estate law; litigation; wills, trusts and estates; corporate and business services; representation of various government entities, including municipalities and school boards; matrimonial and family law; and personal injury, among others.

In the second transaction, Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP renewed its lease for 7,500 square feet. Both transactions were negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Murphy of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP.
