Two Law Firms Renew Leases at Court Plaza in Hackensack, N.J.

Two law firms have renewed leases totaling almost 4,500 square feet at Court Plaza in Hackensack, according to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, owner and manager of the three-building 335,000-square-foot office complex. The transactions were negotiated in-house by Stephen C. Jennings, vice-president of leasing and marketing.

In the larger transaction, the law offices of Brian J. Neary renewed its lease for 2,755 square feet at Court Plaza South. Led by criminal defense attorney Brian J. Neary, the firm has been a tenant since 2013, and is dedicated to representing those accused of crimes and serious motor vehicle offenses. Additionally, the law office of Lawrence B. Diener renewed its lease at Court Plaza North for 1,730 square feet. A Court Plaza tenant since 2010, the firm specializes in the practice areas of real estate, family law, personal injury, probate, commercial real estate and collections, among others.
