Treetop Development Doubles Space Commitment at Glenpointe Centre West in Teaneck
Residential developer Treetop Development LLC has leased an additional 4,300 square feet at Glenpointe Centre West, 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd. in Teaneck, more than doubling its headquarters space at the mixed-use Glenpointe complex, developed, owned and managed by Hackensack, N.J.-based Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Currently leasing 4,200 square feet on the property’s second floor, the expanded commitment boosts Treetop’s presence to 8,500 square feet on the first and second floors.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented in the transaction by the property’s Cushman & Wakefield agency team. Treetop Development was represented by The Homer Group.
“We’ve been very pleased with our experience at Glenpointe over the past four years, both in terms of the property itself and our relationship with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises,” said Treetop managing member Azi Mandel, whose company specializes in identifying emerging neighborhoods and redeveloping value-driven residential buildings with a focus on Northern Manhattan, New Jersey and Queens, N.Y. “Fortunately, the property has been able to keep up with our company’s growth, as Sanzari has now facilitated our expansion there for a second time.”
