TOP LAW FIRM LEASES SPACE AT SANZARI’S COURT PLAZA
Verde, Steinberg & Pontell LLC has leased 10,000 square feet of space at Court Plaza East in Hackensack, N.J., announced Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, owner and manager of the complex. The law firm has relocated to the Class A office complex from Fort Lee, N.J.
Michael R. Herman, managing director of MRH Real Estate Services, Inc., exclusive leasing agent for Court Plaza, negotiated the transaction.

The move gave the law firm the opportunity to reorganize/modernize its office environment complete with a new design and installation.”
In practice since 1986, Verde, Steinberg & Pontell LLC is comprised of seven attorneys along with a staff of approximately seven employees, serving local and national clients throughout New Jersey and New York. The firm offers expertise in litigation, real estate and commercial transactions, community association law, estate planning and tax law, and business and corporate law.

The move to Court Plaza East expands the law firm’s space, according to Frank Pratt, Sanzari’s vice-president of leasing. “Court Plaza East is a free-standing building with its own signage on Main Street. Recent upgrades, including a beautifully landscaped garden adjacent to the building and their own private patio with outdoor seating, were added advantages to the tenant,” said Pratt.
