Mike Lyberatos, Vice President and Director of Property Management, leads Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ property management division across its six-million-square-foot portfolio. He is responsible for optimizing building operations, enhancing tenant experience, and advancing long-term asset value through strategic oversight and operational excellence.

Lyberatos brings over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, with deep expertise in property management, construction, and portfolio operations. Prior to joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, he served as Vice President of Property Management and Construction at The Birch Group, where he oversaw all property operations and capital project management across a diverse portfolio of assets in the Tri-State Area.

Earlier in his career, Lyberatos served as Director of Operations at Onyx Equities, LLC, and as Senior Director of Property Management at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.

A committed industry leader, Lyberatos currently chairs the Membership Committee for BOMA Northern New Jersey and is an active member of NAIOP New Jersey.
