Stephen C. Jennings Joins Alfred Sanzari Enterprises as Vice-President of Leasing and Marketing
Real estate development firm Alfred Sanzari Enterprises of Hackensack announced that Stephen C. Jennings of Westfield, N.J. has joined the company as vice-president of leasing and marketing. Jennings comes to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises with 20 years of commercial real estate experience in the areas of leasing, asset management, finance, brokerage, investments and property management.
In his new role, Jennings is responsible for leasing and marketing two of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ premier Bergen County office properties: Court Plaza in Hackensack and Heights Plaza in Hasbrouck Heights. “I am very proud to join Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a company I admire for its outstanding reputation as a solid and honorable landlord that prides itself on the quality of service it delivers to tenants,” said Jennings. “I look forward to contributing to the growth and success of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises for years to come.”
Across a two-decade career in commercial real estate, Jennings has represented public, institutional and entrepreneurial owners in various asset classes including office, industrial, retail, office redevelopment and ground-up development. Prior to joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, he was senior vice-president at one of Central New Jersey’s leading commercial real estate firms. He also spent seven years as director of leasing and property management for Brandywine Realty Trust, one of the nation’s largest full-service integrated real estate investment trust, managing its 1.5 million square foot Central New Jersey portfolio.
A licensed New Jersey real estate broker, Jennings earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Rutgers University. He holds membership in the New Jersey chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals), served on the Board of Trustees of the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Mercer County, and has been a member of several county and local Chambers of Commerce.
