Spring Open Houses Announced at The Ivanhoe, Nottingham Manor
A series of weekend open houses will take place this spring at two of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ signature Bergen County apartment communities, The Ivanhoe in Hackensack and Nottingham Manor in Montvale. The open house events are scheduled at Nottingham Manor from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturdays beginning April 2 and continuing on April 16 and 30, May 14 and 21, and June 4. At The Ivanhoe, open houses will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays starting April 3 and again on April 17; May 1, 15 and 22; and June 5.
During these open house events prospective tenants will have the opportunity to learn more about available leasing opportunities, and tour both communities’ grounds and rental units. At The Ivanhoe, visitors also can get a closer look at the building’s extensive on-site amenities. For a limited time, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is offering a spring referral fee to all its existing residential tenants. Current tenants who refer a new tenant to one of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ residential properties between March 15 and April 30 will receive $100. Leases must by signed by April 30.
Located at 130 Overlook Ave., The Ivanhoe offers spacious studio, junior one-bedroom, one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 450 to 1,230 square feet and appointed with every modern luxury. Amenities include a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, an Olympic-sized outdoor pool, a sauna, 24-hour concierge service, and a new business/multipurpose room. Tenants also enjoy secure card access both to the building and underground parking lot.
Nottingham Manor, located at 1-186 Nottingham Court, is a mix of one-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 700 to 750 square feet, and two-bedroom duplex apartments ranging from 1,040 to 1,140 square feet. Units include ample closet space and hardwood flooring. Tenants benefit from an on-site laundry room, well-manicured grounds and convenient parking throughout the complex.
Both communities are located near public transportation and in proximity to major highways, New York City and Hackensack University Medical Center.
