Sanzari inks another renewal with longtime tenant law firm
The law firm Cole Schotz is extending its nearly 40-year-old tenancy in Hackensack, New Jersey.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a family-owned commercial and residential real estate firm, on Tuesday said it had negotiated a 61,582-square-foot renewal with the law firm at Court Plaza North, located at 25 Main St.
