Phibro Animal Health Corporation has expanded its corporate headquarters lease at Glenpointe in Teaneck by 4,700 square feet for a total occupancy of 49,600 square feet. Glenpointe, one of New Jersey’s foremost mixed-use developments, was developed and is owned by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises of Hackensack.

A Glenpointe tenant since 2012, Phibro Animal Health Corporation occupies the entire third floor and part of the fourth floor at Glenpointe Centre East. The company is a diversified global developer, manufacturer and marketer of animal health and mineral nutrition products for several animal species. Phibro Animal Health Corporation sells more than 1,200 product presentations in over 65 countries, has 1,100 employees worldwide and achieves annual sales exceeding $700 million.
