Okin Hollander LLC Relocates Offices to Teaneck, N.J.

The law firm of Okin Hollander LLC has been a fixture at its existing location in Fort Lee, N.J. for 28 years, but under the terms of a new lease will relocate in mid-September to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’  Glenpointe in Teaneck. The law firm has signed a lease for 6,000 square feet on the second floor of Glenpointe Centre West, located at 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd., after a transaction arranged by Cushman & Wakefield Executive Vice-President Curtis Foster of the commercial real estate services firm’s East Rutherford, N.J. office.

“We explored many locations in eastern Bergen County, from Englewood Cliffs down to the Meadowlands, and determined that Glenpointe offered the highest quality experience. We concluded that this was the most well-planned and maintained office complex that met our needs,” said Paul Hollander Esq. of Okin Hollander, whose boutique law firm is comprised of senior-level professionals and has been engaged in corporate and financial restructurings, corporate and real estate transactions and financings, and complex commercial litigation since its founding in the 1930s. “We appreciate Curtis Foster’s efforts in helping us complete this transaction.”

“Okin Hollander had explored tenancy at Glenpointe before, but we couldn’t accommodate them. This time the shoe fit,” said Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice-president/director of leasing and marketing.

“A lot of different interests were involved in this transaction and Alfred Sanzari Enterprises cooperated completely,” said Foster, who notes that Okin Hollander began its site search three years ago. “Alfred Sanzari Enterprises cares about their tenants and while working with them we were able to accomplish a result that was favorable to all interested parties.”

“We’re very pleased with the completion of this transaction and are grateful for the efforts of Curtis Foster and Jerry Barta to make it happen,” said Hollander.

The mixed-use Glenpointe complex is home to a broad range of local, national and international companies across all industries. The 50-acre complex encompasses Glenpointe Centre West, Glenpointe Centre East and The Atrium at Glenpointe office buildings; the 350-room Marriott at Glenpointe hotel; and Glenpointe Spa & Fitness, a 26,000-square-foot health and fitness club. Further enhancing the Glenpointe complex, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has announced plans to develop a 350-room dual-branded hotel featuring the Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton brands.

Glenpointe’s amenities include a full-service bank, a cafeteria, a restaurant, a wine bar, a lounge, covered parking, on-site management, 24/7 security and a variety of services. Glenpointe is located at the intersection of I-80 and I-95, just three miles from the George Washington Bridge, with easy access to New York and New England and such major thoroughfares as the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, routes 4 and 46 and all area airports.
