Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has signed a new 4,245-square-foot lease to bring Bottle & Cork, a new wine and liquor store, to Summit Plaza, located at 380 West Pleasantview Avenue in Hackensack, N.J. RIPCO Real Estate’s Curtis Nassau and Patrick Brake represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the transaction.

Bottle & Cork will offer a full range of foreign and domestic wine and liquor brands at competitive prices. The new business will join a diverse roster of retail tenants at Summit Plaza including Stop & Shop, GNC, Dollar Tree, and more.
