National Home Healthcare Provider Renews Lease at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Court Plaza in Hackensack
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises negotiated a 12,988-square-foot office lease renewal with Amedisys at Court Plaza, located at 21 Main Street in Hackensack, New Jersey. Manager of Leasing and Marketing Carolina Gutierrez represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, and Prostar Commercial Real Estate’s Rob Wolfe represented the tenant in the transaction.
Amedisys is a leading national provider of in-home healthcare, hospice, palliative care, and high-acuity care services. Serving more than 465,000 patients annually, the company has more than 500 locations across 37 states and the District of Columbia. Amedisys has been a tenant at Court Plaza since 2014 and will continue to use its space for general, executive, and administrative offices.
