National Dental Practice Renews Lease at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Summit Plaza in Hackensack, N.J.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has negotiated a 2,979-square-foot lease renewal with Great Expressions Dental Centers at Summit Plaza, located at 370 West Pleasantview Avenue in Hackensack, N.J.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by its Vice President and Director of Leasing and Marketing Chris DeLorenzo, and Manager of Leasing and Marketing Carolina Gutierrez while Lillian Calsi, Vice President, Retail Corporate Services of JLL represented the tenant in the transaction.
A tenant at Summit Plaza since 2014, Great Expressions Dental Centers is a comprehensive dental care provider with approximately 250 practices across nine states. The company offers a wide range of services for adult and pediatric patients including general and cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, periodontal treatment, emergency dental care, and more.
