Lumber Liquidators Renews Lease at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises-Owned Meadowlands Industrial Portfolio
Lumber Liquidators has renewed its lease for 11,000 square feet of industrial/warehouse space at 14 East Wesley Street in South Hackensack, N.J. Located in the Meadowlands submarket, the industrial property is owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises of Hackensack, N.J.
The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Brandon Anapol of Metro Commercial represented the tenant.
With its superior highway access and proximity to Manhattan, the Meadowlands submarket is an ideal setting for a wide range of industrial tenants. 14 East Wesley Street is well-located near Routes 17, 46 and 80, the New Jersey Turnpike and Teterboro Airport.
