Leanza & Agrapidis P.C. Renews and Expands Lease at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Heights Plaza in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J.
Leanza & Agrapidis P.C. has renewed its lease and expanded its presence at Heights Plaza, located at 777 Terrace Ave. in Hasbrouck Heights. The law firm will occupy nearly 4,000 square feet at the Class A office building, announced Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, owner and manager of the property.
The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Graham “Chip” Conklin of Savills Studley represented the tenant.
Established in 1988, Leanza & Agrapidis serves clients across a variety of practice areas including personal injury, worker’s compensation, business matters, commercial and residential real estate, personal and business litigation, wills and estates, and family matters. The firm also has offices in Jersey City and Manhattan.
