Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces a lease renewal with Auramet International, Inc. for a 4,818-square-foot office space at the Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck, N.J. Auramet International has been headquartered at Glenpointe since 2013.

Chris DeLorenzo, Vice President and Director of Leasing and Marketing and Carolina Gutierrez, Manager of Leasing and Marketing represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the transaction while Jason Fray, Managing Principal of Cresa, represented the tenant.

Auramet International is a global leader in the precious metals industry, specializing in physical metal trading, financing, and advisory services to participants throughout the metals supply chain. Founded in 2004, the company has grown to one of the largest physical metals merchants in the world with over $20B in annual revenue and has provided more than $1B worth of financing facilities.
