Dora’s Naturals, a natural and organic food distributor, has added an additional 34,249 square feet to its Bergen County headquarters, increasing its occupancy to 75,571 square feet at 21-23 Empire Boulevard in South Hackensack, N.J. Located in the Meadowlands submarket, the industrial property is part of a warehousing and distribution complex owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

“Dora’s Naturals has grown substantially since becoming a tenant at this property in 2002,” said Frank C. Pratt, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice president of leasing. “The company recently added new product lines to its business, and this expansion was made in response to their future growth strategy. It is a testament to the long-term relationships we maintain with all of our tenants.” Dora’s Naturals now occupies the entire 21-23 Empire Blvd. building.

The Meadowlands, with its superior highway network and proximity to Manhattan, is a prime setting for industrial tenants. Empire Boulevard’s strategic location provides Dora’s Naturals with access to the cities it serves throughout the metropolitan area, said Pratt. The building is near Routes 17, 46 and 80, the New Jersey Turnpike, the Port of New York and New Jersey, and TeterboroAirport.

Founded in 1998, Dora’s Natural manufactures and supplies high-quality organic milk drinks and other specialty health food products to retailers in the Northeastern United States. The company distributes its own brands as well as Mountainside Farms dairy products.
