Cushman & Wakefield Orchestrates 13,700-Square-Foot Headquarters Lease at Glenpointe
Action Environmental Services has signed a lease for 13,700 square feet of office space at Glenpointe, announced commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. Glenpointe owner Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by the Cushman & Wakefield team of Richard Baumstein, Marc Graham and Christian Politan. Action Environmental was represented by Andrew Zezas of Real Estate Strategies Corporation.
“With this signing, Action Environmental has moved its headquarters to Glenpointe from Newark,” said Baumstein. “This is an important transaction, and it represents the continued interest the business community is showing in this prestigious location. We anticipate additional announcements shortly.”
Glenpointe, with its combination of 650,000 square feet of top-flight class A office space and on-site amenities, is a regional hub and home to a broad range of local, national and international companies. The 50-acre complex encompasses Glenpointe Centre West, Glenpointe Centre East and The Atrium at Glenpointe office buildings; the 345-room Marriott at Glenpointe; and the state-of-the-art, 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Spa & Fitness.
