Cushman & Wakefield Completes Lease Renewal with Moroch Partners at Glenpointe
When Dallas-based advertising giant Moroch Partners sought to establish a New York-New Jersey market presence in 2012, Glenpointe in Teaneck was the location of choice. And the class A office property will continue to be that location of choice: In a transaction completed by Cushman & Wakefield, Moroch Partners has agreed to a lease renewal for its 5,700-square-foot space at The Atrium at Glenpointe, 400 Frank W. Burr Blvd.
Glenpointe owner Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented in the transaction by the East Rutherford, N.J.-based Cushman & Wakefield team of Richard Baumstein, Marc Graham and Christian Politan. Moroch Partners was represented by Bruce Hecht of Swearingen Realty Group.
“Glenpointe continues to be one of Northern New Jersey’s prime locations for corporate offices,” said Baumstein. “That is borne out by Moroch Partners’ continued presence – as a company that relies heavily on close client contact, it provides the best possible setting for client meetings.”
