CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD COMPLETES 6,138-SQUARE-FOOT OFFICE LEASE AT GLENPOINTE

Peapack-Gladstone Bank is the latest organization to join the growing tenant ranks at Glenpointe Center in Teaneck. The Bank’s Private Banking Group will occupy 6,138 square feet at the class A office complex’s Atrium in Teaneck, signing a long-term lease.

Glenpointe Center owner Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented in the transaction by the East Rutherford, N.J.-based Cushman & Wakefield team of Richard Baumstein, Marc Graham and Christian Politan. Peapack-Gladstone Bank was represented by James Sousa of Weichert Commercial Brokerage.

“This is a new location and a new area for Peapack-Gladstone,” said Graham. “The Bank has been expanding beyond its Somerset/Morris/Hunterdon core area – they opened an office in Princeton recently and have been looking elsewhere, including Bergen County. This lease is a strong endorsement of Glenpointe by a prestigious organization as a premier business location, and is a testament to its pre-eminent status in Bergen County.”

Glenpointe Centre, with its combination of 650,000 square feet of top-flight class A office space and on-site amenities, is a regional hub and home to a broad range of local, national and international companies. The 50 acre complex encompasses Glenpointe Centre West, Glenpointe Centre East and The Atrium at Glenpointe office buildings; the 350-room Teaneck Marriott Hotel & Conference Center; and the state-of-the-art, 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Spa & Fitness Center.
