Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Office Lease with Treetop Development
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 4,200-square-foot office lease with Treetop Development at Glenpointe Centre in Teaneck, Bergen County, N.J. The East Rutherford, N.J.-based Cushman & Wakefield team of Richard Baumstein, Marc Graham and Christian Politan represented Glenpointe owner Alfred Sanzari Enterprises of Hackensack, N.J., while Treetop was represented by Yitzi Karasick of the Homer Group.
Treetop is a multi-faceted real estate company known for renovating and developing value-driven multi-family residential properties in the New Jersey/New York metropolitan area. The company will relocate its headquarters to Glenpointe from its present location in Newark, N.J.
“With the signing of this long-term lease, a solid New Jersey-based company has opted to stay in the state,” said Baumstein. “The relocation will also provide Treetop with significantly upgraded space in an excellent location.”
