Glenpointe, northern New Jersey’s premier corporate destination, announces it is nearing completion of major renovations to The Green, a 22,000-square-foot outdoor oasis in which tenants and guests can relax, enjoy a meal, or unplug from their desks and work in a serene, open air environment. Slated to be completed later this month, The Green bolsters Glenpointe’s amenity offerings with Wi-Fi connectivity and ample patio seating options including benches, tables and chairs to accommodate a variety of uses. Lush landscaping, new stone pathways and multi-tiered patio areas create a tranquil environment right outside of tenants’ doors.

No detail was overlooked in the redesign of The Green which will feature over 2,000 individual plants, 20,000 pounds of natural, locally sourced stone, and 2,000 square feet of sodded lawn. Like the constantly evolving Glenpointe campus itself, The Green was designed to strike the ideal balance between old and new spaces.  A longstanding centerpiece of the outdoor space at Glenpointe, the fountain will remain a key focal point of The Green with flora, greenery and inviting seating areas encircling it to provide scenic views as well as shaded areas. Additionally, a blend of abundant natural light and soft LED lighting will accentuate the space’s features creating a welcoming atmosphere from dawn to dusk.

Significant enhancements have also been made to the Spa & Fitness Center including all new state-of-the-art exercise equipment, new flooring and fully renovated locker rooms and facilities. HydroMassage chairs, which use heated water to provide a relaxing experience, have also been added providing tenants and guests with the benefits of massage while remaining fully clothed. Upgrades to the Sun Deck, an outdoor veranda adjacent to the Spa & Fitness Center, are slated to take place soon and will provide an idyllic setting for outdoor yoga classes and lounge chairs for relaxation.
