Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard P.A. has renewed its lease at Court Plaza North, located at 25 Main Street in Hackensack, N.J. A tenant at the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises-owned and managed Class A office complex since 1986, the law firm occupies approximately 77,000 square feet on the third, fourth and fifth floors. The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. David Simson of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.
