Clothing maker inks new lease with Sanzari, returns to Teaneck campus
A former tenant at the Glenpointe campus in Teaneck has returned to the 50-acre complex, under a newly completed lease with owner and developer Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
Leeward International, a clothing manufacturer, was a tenant at the mixed-use property for more than five years before moving out to consolidate its office and warehousing needs into a larger flex space, Sanzari said in a news release.
