Brokerage Community Gets First Look at Glenpointe’s Multi-Million Dollar Improvements at Exclusive Event
Glenpointe, northern New Jersey’s premier corporate destination, hosted more than 100 members of the tri-state area’s brokerage community in an exclusive event to mark the completion of Glenpointe’s multi-million dollar capital improvement plan on Thursday. Gathering on The Green, Glenpointe’s recently completed 22,000-square-foot outdoor oasis, executives from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, which developed, owns and manages the landmark property and Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), Glenpointe’s exclusive leasing agent, welcomed the brokerage community to tour the sprawling campus and receive a first-hand look at the new amenities and experiences transforming the iconic property.

The 670,000-square-foot Class-A office campus has benefited by the execution of a multi-million-dollar capital improvement plan. The project sought to reinvigorate existing spaces and introduce new amenities to the campus.
Focusing on both exterior and interior gathering spaces, Glenpointe has undergone a transformation of interior common areas to create a variety of spaces with modern seating options and convenience including charging stations to enhance the tenant experience. Renovations have also been made to outdoor tenant terraces, design fixtures and lighting throughout the complex have been upgraded, and a dedicated management and leasing office has been added. With the completion of The Green, Glenpointe offers a diverse mix of both outdoor and indoor gathering spaces for tenants and guests to enjoy.
Significant enhancements have also been made to the Spa & Fitness Center including all new state-of-the-art exercise equipment, new flooring, and fully renovated locker rooms and facilities. Planned upgrades to the Sun Deck, an outdoor veranda adjacent to the Spa & Fitness Center, will take place soon to provide an idyllic setting for outdoor yoga classes and lounge chairs for relaxation.
In addition to extensive renovations, earlier this year, Glenpointe announced a collaboration with Better Spaces, a flexible, solutions-focused amenity and tenant engagement service operating out of The Pointe, a centrally located space in the campus’ soaring atrium. At The Pointe, tenants can enjoy a full suite of experiential amenities and programming built around promoting employees’ personal and professional wellness, including daily yoga and meditation sessions, nature walks, workshops, ping pong tournaments and more. Along with The Pointe, Glenpointe introduced Fooda, a pop-up food service that brings top local restaurants directly to the campus so tenants can enjoy new lunch options from a different restaurant each day, Monday through Friday.
