Bertone Piccini LLP, a boutique law firm, has leased 11,850 square feet of space at Heights Plaza, 777 Terrace Avenue, in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J., announced Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, owner and manager of the property.

The transaction was negotiated by MRH Real Estate Services on behalf of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Robert Norton of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

The law firm, which had been subleasing office space in the Class A building, increased its occupancy by an additional 5,900 square feet, according to Frank C. Pratt, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice president of leasing and marketing. “HeightsPlaza is a quality office building in a highly visible location at the intersection of Routes 17 and 80,” he said. “Stable property ownership and management, along with recent property upgrades – including new elevators and new rooftop HVAC units – were among the added advantages to this tenant.”
