Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Welcomes Robert Migliorelli as Vice President and General Counsel
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces the hiring of Robert Migliorelli as Vice President and General Counsel.
Migliorelli brings nearly three decades of real estate law experience to his new role with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. As Vice President and General Counsel, he will serve as a key piece of the firm’s senior leadership team and oversee all legal matters.

Migliorelli joins Alfred Sanzari Enterprises from Mandelbaum Barrett PC, a full-service law firm based in Roseland, N.J., where he served as Partner in the firm’s commercial real estate and financing practice. In this role, he represented several lending institutions and borrowers in the financing of asset-based construction, acquisition and refinance transactions. He also represented a myriad of clients in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate.
Prior to Mandelbaum Barrett PC, Migliorelli spent 21 years at DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP, a full-service law firm headquartered in Paramus, N.J. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Mongelli & Ritchie, PC and Melli Guerin & Melli, PC.
Migliorelli earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Fordham University and a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
