NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Somple, SIOR, Jessica Curry and Jonathan Kristofich represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and Cushman & Wakefield’s Courtney Rosenkrantz and Ray Trevisan represented the tenant in the transaction.
