Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces it has negotiated a 5,157-square-foot office lease with Hornrock Properties at Heights Plaza, located at 777 Terrace Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and Hornrock Properties were represented by their respective in-house leasing teams in the transaction.
Hornrock Properties is a leading New Jersey-based family-owned and operated real estate firm specializing in the development of luxury multifamily communities.
